Delivery method

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

• After payment, download access appears on the success page.
• A download email is sent to the checkout email address.
• Links are time-limited for security and may expire.

Typical delivery time

Delivery is usually immediate after successful payment confirmation. Email delivery may take an additional delay depending on the mail provider.

Order completion

Delivery is considered completed when download access is made available on the success page and/or through the purchase email.

• Check spam/promotions folders first.
• Use the success page download button if available.

Customer file responsibility

You are responsible for downloading and backing up your purchased files after delivery.
