1. Operator and scope

xyvoss operates an online store for digital audio products, including exclusive loops and non-exclusive kits, and related tools such as Sample Finder. The website may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

2. Products, orders, and licenses

• Exclusive loops are sold under the Exclusive Loop License. Each exclusive loop is sold once and then removed from sale.
• Kits and other non-exclusive products are governed by the Non-Exclusive Kit License.
• License rights are limited to the rights expressly stated in the applicable license page.
• We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order where required for fraud, payment risk, technical error, or an exclusive-sale conflict.

3. Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (including Stripe). You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges applicable to your purchase.

4. Delivery and downloads

Products are delivered digitally via the success page and/or purchase email. Download links may be time-limited. You are responsible for retaining your downloaded files.

5. Refunds

Because products are digital, orders are generally non-refundable after download access is provided, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Sample Finder notice

Sample Finder is provided for inspiration only. It does not grant sample rights or clearance. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required third-party rights before release, distribution, or monetization of any work using third-party material.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, including unauthorized access attempts, disruptive scraping, payment circumvention, malware activity, or other unlawful conduct. Access may be restricted or terminated for violations.

8. Intellectual property

Except for rights expressly licensed to buyers, all website content, branding, and original audio rights remain with xyvoss or its licensors.
