Exclusive Loop License

This Exclusive Loop License is the agreement between you and xyvoss for each exclusive loop you buy on xyvoss.com.

By finishing checkout for an exclusive loop, you confirm that you have read and agree to this license, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

1. What you are buying

An exclusive loop is a one-time sale of a specific loop from xyvoss. Your download usually includes the full WAV file and any stems or extra files that come with that product. After you buy it, the loop is marked as sold and is no longer offered to anyone else.

2. Your exclusive rights

After full payment, xyvoss grants you an exclusive, worldwide, permanent license to use that loop in your own music and commercial projects.

You may:

• Use, edit, arrange, and put the loop into songs, instrumentals, beats, scores, and other audio or video projects.
• Release, stream, sell, perform, sync, and monetize those projects without paying xyvoss extra royalties for use of the loop itself.
• Pass these rights along as part of a release deal for a song that uses the loop (for example to a label), as long as you do not sell or give away the raw loop files as a sample pack or competing product.

After purchase, you are the only person with the right to use that loop this way. xyvoss will not sell, lease, or license that same loop to anyone else.

3. What stays with xyvoss

• xyvoss keeps ownership of the xyvoss name, brand, website, trademarks, and marketing materials.
• Buying a loop does not give you the right to use the xyvoss name or brand as your own, unless you and xyvoss agree to that separately in writing.
• Crediting xyvoss is appreciated but not required, unless a specific product listing says otherwise.

4. What you may not do

• Resell, re-license, or redistribute the raw loop files (WAV, stems, or previews) as a sample pack, loop library, sound pack, or similar product.
• Upload or share the raw loop files on public download or sample websites for other people to take for free.
• Claim that you created the loop as a standalone product, separate from your own songs that use it.
• Use the loop in a way that breaks the law, or that infringes other people's rights beyond the loop itself (for example uncleared vocals or samples you add later — those are your responsibility).

5. What xyvoss will do after the sale

• Mark the loop as sold / exclusive claimed on the website and not sell that same loop to another buyer.
• Provide download access as shown on the checkout success page and in the purchase email. Download links may expire. If you need help getting a file you already paid for, contact xyvoss.

6. Payment and taxes

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

7. Delivery

Delivery is complete when download access is made available on the website success page and/or by email. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your files. For verified purchases, xyvoss may help with lost-file recovery when reasonable.

8. Refunds

Because exclusive loops are digital products that are removed from sale after purchase, sales are generally final and non-refundable once download access is provided, except where the law requires otherwise. If a file is broken or you cannot download it, contact xyvoss for a replacement before starting a chargeback.

9. Warranties

xyvoss confirms that, to xyvoss's knowledge, xyvoss has the right to grant the exclusive rights described here for the loop you buy. The loop is otherwise provided "as is." xyvoss does not guarantee chart success, playlist placement, or any other commercial result from using the loop.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, xyvoss's total liability for any claim related to a loop purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that loop. xyvoss is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Drum kits and other downloads

Drum kits and other non-exclusive downloads are not exclusive ownership sales. They are governed by the separate Non-Exclusive Kit License. In summary:

• Non-commercial and non-profit use of Kit sounds is permitted under that license without additional royalties.
• Commercial or for-profit use requires prior written clearance from xyvoss.
• You may not resell, share, or redistribute the Kit ZIP or individual samples as your own pack or competing library.
• The same Kit may still be sold to other customers.

12. Changes

xyvoss may update this license for future sales. The version that was live when you bought your product is the one that applies to that purchase. Important updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date on this page.
