Free Loop License

This Free Loop License is the agreement between you and xyvoss for each free loop you download from the Free Loops section of xyvoss.com (each, a "Free Loop").

By downloading or using a Free Loop, you confirm that you have read and agree to this license, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

This license does not apply to paid exclusive loops (see the Exclusive Loop License) or to kits (see the Non-Exclusive Kit License).

1. Nature of the license

Free Loops are offered on a non-exclusive basis. The same Free Loop may be downloaded by other people. Download does not transfer ownership of the underlying sounds, recordings, or intellectual property to you. xyvoss retains all ownership rights in each Free Loop, subject only to the limited license granted below.

2. Permitted use — non-commercial and non-profit

Subject to the restrictions in this license, xyvoss grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each Free Loop free of charge and free of additional royalties for non-commercial and non-profit purposes only.

Examples of permitted non-commercial or non-profit use include:

• Personal practice, learning, demos, and private projects that are not sold or monetized.
• Non-profit educational projects, school work, or community projects that are not operated for profit.
• Unpaid creative work shared without charging listeners, viewers, or clients for access, and without generating advertising, streaming, or sync revenue from the work that incorporates the Free Loop.

In these cases you may edit, process, arrange, and combine Free Loops with your own material to create finished musical or audiovisual works, provided those works remain non-commercial and non-profit as described above.

3. Commercial or for-profit use — contact required

If you intend to use a Free Loop in any commercial or for-profit context, you must contact xyvoss and obtain written permission (or a separate commercial license) before that use begins.

Examples of commercial or for-profit use include (without limitation) selling or monetizing releases, paid sync, advertising, client work, paid streams or downloads, or any use that generates revenue for you or a third party.

4. What you may not do

• Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute Free Loop files as sample packs, libraries, or competing products.
• Claim ownership of a Free Loop or register it as your own sample pack or content ID asset.
• Use Free Loops in any way that violates law, third-party rights, or the Terms of Service.

5. Attribution

Credit is appreciated but not required for non-commercial Free Loop use. If you credit xyvoss, a simple mention such as "loop by xyvoss" is enough.

6. No warranties

Free Loops are provided as-is. xyvoss does not warrant that any Free Loop is free of third-party claims, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of defects. To the fullest extent allowed by law, xyvoss is not liable for losses arising from your use of Free Loops.
