Yes for your own music. When you buy an exclusive loop, you get exclusive commercial rights to use it in your songs, releases, streams, and monetized projects without paying xyvoss extra royalties for that loop. You may not resell or share the raw loop files as a sample pack. Full details are on the Exclusive Loop License page.

Free loops live on a separate page at /shop/free. They are non-exclusive and free for non-profit / non-commercial use under the Free Loop License. Commercial or for-profit use needs written clearance from xyvoss first.

Each exclusive loop is sold once. After you buy it, that loop is marked exclusive claimed and will not be sold to anyone else. You become the only buyer with those rights for that loop.

After a successful Stripe checkout you land on a success page with download buttons, and the same links are emailed to the address used at checkout. Loop and kit download links expire after 7 days. If you cannot find the email, check spam, then message Instagram @xyvoss with your order email and what you bought.

Exclusive loops and digital kits are generally final once download access is delivered, because exclusives are removed from sale after purchase. If a file is defective or undeliverable, contact xyvoss first for a replacement download. Extra detail is in the Exclusive Loop License and Terms of Service.

Loops and kit samples are delivered as standard audio files (WAV / common formats in kits). They work in Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, Pro Tools, Studio One, Reason, and any other DAW or sampler that imports WAV audio.

Loops are exclusive one-buyer products: once sold, that loop is gone for everyone else. Kits are non-exclusive packs sold to many customers. Kit sounds are free to use for non-commercial and non-profit projects under the Non-Exclusive Kit License; commercial or for-profit use requires contacting xyvoss first. You may not resell the pack.

No. Sample Finder is for inspiration only. It does not give you legal rights to use the suggested recordings. You are responsible for clearing any sample before you release or monetize a track that uses it.
